According to data showing that "the global penetration rate of new energy commercial vehicles exceeded 18% in the first three quarters of 2025," the global commercial vehicle industry is currently at a critical juncture of "green transformation" and "structural reshaping," presenting unprecedented development opportunities for Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturers. Against this backdrop, how to successfully market products globally has become a key focus in the industry.

On November 12, 2025, Forland convened its 2026 Global Partners Conference, bringing together partners from five continents to initiate global dialogue. Centered around the dual themes of "New Strategic Horizons" and "Boundary-Leaping Products," the conference marked the official inauguration of Forland's new era of global expansion, ushering in a new journey into global market.

Forland Speed: Seizing the First-Mover Advantage in Overseas Markets

Partners from around the world embarked on a journey across China. As they traveled by the high-speed train from Beijing to Qingdao, what flashed past the window was not just the scenery, but also the pulsating rhythm of a nation's development. "This is the China speed!" exclaimed a foreign partner, gazing at the real-time speed display with genuine admiration.

And this was only the beginning.

During the meticulously arranged corporate events, they witnessed another astonishing speed—the Forland speed.

In the product experience zone, rows of test-drive vehicles—from VANs to Mini Tucks and Light Trucks—awaited evaluation. Foreign partners took the wheel, enjoying test drives on the professional track. Exclamations of "The handling is exceptional!" and "The mechanical performance is beyond imagination!" echoed throughout the venue. With every acceleration and each turn, the vehicles showcased Forland's relentless pursuit of excellence, allowing global partners to personally experience the robust capability of Chinese manufacturing.

The visit to the manufacturing facility elevated the awe to new heights. At Forland's production plant in Zhucheng, Shandong, partners witnessed a marvel of modern industry. Intelligent robots performed precise welding with their mechanical arms, automated conveyance systems operated with seamless fluidity, and scientific management systems ensured perfect coordination at every stage. Vehicle after vehicle rolled off the assembly line at a staggering pace, vividly demonstrating the efficiency of "intelligent manufacturing."

"Now I finally understand," remarked a senior partner with emotion, "the foundation of Forland's sustained market success—its robust manufacturing capability ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products, which truly serves as the solid backbone of strong sales."

This journey through China allowed partners from around the world to experience not only the transportation efficiency known as "China speed," but also the industrial advancement embodied by "Forland speed." On the track of automotive manufacturing, Forland is leading the way, showcasing to the world the strength and allure of Chinese intelligent manufacturing.

Rebranding for a Worldwide Strategy

Driven by the tides of new energy, digitalization, intelligence, and globalization, the automotive industry is undergoing a profound transformation. To adapt to the new market ecosystem and development demands, Forland has officially launched a new brand logo, embracing the future with a refreshed identity.

The new design preserves the classic form of the "Swift emblem" while infusing it with deeper brand ethos. The swift, a migratory bird that migrates from South Africa to northern China every spring and returns to the South African plateau for winter each autumn, has maintained this unwavering cycle for millennia, never breaking its commitment. Forland has integrated the swift's core attributes of "trustworthiness and resilience" into the logo's design, using the bird's perpetual forward momentum to symbolize the brand's enduring pursuit of excellence.

Meanwhile, the new logo ingeniously incorporates the initial letter "F" of "Forland," endowing it with multiple layers of meaning:

· Fast: More agile and efficient

· Forever: More reliable and durable

· Fantastic: Superior quality

· Freedom: A more effortless experience

· Future: A more brilliant tomorrow

These dimensions not only embody Forland's aspirations for its own development but also represent a steadfast commitment to every user and partner. In this new era, with its new identity, Forland will remain true to its original aspirations, joining hands with all stakeholders to collectively forge the path forward.

Quantum Leap Strategy: Building a Global R&D and Distribution Network

During the conference, Forland showcased its outstanding achievements in overseas markets and clearly outlined the implementation roadmap for its future global development. Its global business expansion will be systematically advanced in three phases:

Phase 1 focuses on consolidating the trading foundation, primarily through the export of complete vehicles and semi-knocked-down (SKD) kits.

Phase 2 involves establishing a preliminary localized operation system. Building upon product supply, Forland will progressively deploy support capabilities in areas such as manufacturing and marketing.

Phase 3 entails advancing in-depth localization. The entire value chain—including R&D, services, financial solutions, manufacturing, and marketing—will be localized overseas, ultimately forming an ecosystem-driven global presence.

To support the implementation of the aforementioned strategy, Forland will continuously expand its product portfolio and accelerate independent research and development. The company plans to launch heavy-duty truck models, further diversifying its product line, while actively advancing the development of autonomous driving, intelligent driving technologies, and its proprietary IECO three-electric system to enhance overall product competitiveness. Additionally, Forland will implement tailored enhancement strategies based on regional market characteristics to strengthen its global market foundation. By empowering suppliers and initiating explorations into ecosystem collaboration models, Forland will join hands with partners to build a comprehensive lifecycle-oriented cooperative ecosystem.

Frontier Tech, Tailored Products

During the event, Forland showcased a diverse range of its products, covering multiple lines including VANs, Mini trucks, Light trucks, Dump trucks, and Special Purpose vehicles. The presentation highlighted key components for new energy commercial vehicles, including core parts under Foton's proprietary brand—IECO—such as electronic control systems, batteries, electric motors, and e-drive axles.

Additionally, Forland expanded its thematic displays around real-world operational scenarios. For instance, innovative applications such as mobile coffee shops built on the Wing Body Truck model were set up, vividly demonstrating the diverse possibilities of the vehicles in actual usage environments.

The event also featured the launch of two products tailored for overseas markets—the Forland L7 AT model and the U7 series. Among them, the Forland L7 AT product was developed based on in-depth analysis of millions of kilometers of real-world road conditions worldwide, combined with localized research on regional climates, road environments, and driving habits. Integrating cutting-edge intelligent technology, it has been comprehensively upgraded across seven dimensions—design, power, safety, load capacity, fuel efficiency, comfort, and service—to address the core pain points of users globally and provide more efficient and reliable transportation solutions for the international logistics industry.

The Forland U7 series innovatively employs a skateboard chassis technology, featuring a highly integrated architecture that supports flexible adaptation for multiple vehicle types. As the first VAN model in the industry to implement the cross-domain control "VICU" technology, it integrates functions such as VCU (Vehicle Control Unit), BCM (Body Control Module), and TMS (Thermal Management System), achieving deep integration between the power domain and thermal management domain to further enhance overall vehicle performance and energy efficiency.

At the historic intersection of green transformation and structural reshaping in the global commercial vehicle industry, Forland is charting its course with "New Strategic Horizons" and solidifying its foundation through "Boundary-Leaping Products." This grand gathering, uniting partners from five continents, marks not only the debut of a refreshed brand identity but also a comprehensive elevation of global strategy. From experiencing the manufacturing prowess of "Forland Speed" to interpreting the brand commitment embodied in the "Swift Spirit"; from outlining a three-phase globalization path to launching overseas-dedicated products like the Forland L7 and U7 series—Forland is firmly stepping into a new era of global expansion.

Looking ahead, Forland will continue to collaborate with global partners, leveraging technology to drive product innovation, expanding networks via ecosystem empowerment, and forging a trusted brand with integrity. Together, we will steer towards a new future for global commercial vehicles that is green, efficient, and intelligent. The new journey has begun; the new era awaits our collective creation.
